Hi! I am working on an update now with some news that may have altered the outcome of my procedure. I was extremely sore after the injection, for about 5 days. Dr. Centeno mentioned that he was trying something new, and I would probably be more sore than normal. I don’t know if he is doing the injections the original way now, or if he has stuck with the newer way.
I started noticing a difference within a few months. The doctors were very realistic about what to expect, but I was still hoping for a bit more! I do continue to see improvement, hopefully that trend will stay -I’m really wanting to be back to human by next summer.
Did you feel worse for awhile before getting better (increase in your typical symptoms/leg pain/tingling) from the injection beyond just the injection soreness?
Not at all. I was sore after injections for a day or two, but aside from that, my “normal” level of pain was fairly consistent, possibly even a tiny bit decreased within 30-45 days of the initial re-inject.
Thank you! I promise, I’ll get it out soon! I have been very neglectful of this blog lately, I will be changing that.

Thank you! You often write very interesting articles. You improved my mood.
Any updates Erin?
How long were you sore after the stem cell injection?
How long until you started noticing a difference?
Thanks!
